Check your finances from your home screen

Prism Wallet includes an iOS widget that lets you see key financial information without opening the app.

Adding the Widget

1. Long press on your home screen to enter edit mode
2. Tap the + button in the top corner
3. Search for "Prism Wallet"
4. Select the widget
5. Tap Add Widget
6. Drag it to your preferred location
7. Tap Done

What the Widget Shows

The Prism Wallet widget displays a quick summary of your financial data, including account balances and key metrics, updated periodically throughout the day.

Widget Updates

The widget syncs data from the app periodically. To ensure the widget shows current information:

• Open the main app to trigger a fresh sync
• The widget will update with the latest data

Troubleshooting

Widget Not Showing Data

• Open the main Prism Wallet app and ensure you're logged in
• Check that you have an active internet connection
• Verify your accounts are connected and syncing

Widget Not Updating

• Open the app to trigger a data refresh
• Remove and re-add the widget if it remains stuck
• Ensure the app has background refresh enabled in your device Settings

Widget Disappeared

• Re-add it from the widget gallery (long press home screen > + button)
• Restart your device if the widget isn't appearing in the gallery
• Ensure the app is still installed
