Connecting Your Bank Accounts

Securely link your financial accounts to Prism Wallet

Connecting your bank accounts is the foundation of getting the most out of Prism Wallet. Here's everything you need to know about linking your accounts safely and securely.

How to Connect an Account

Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings

  1. Open Prism Wallet
  2. Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right
  3. Select Linked Accounts
  4. Tap Add Account

Step 2: Choose Your Bank

  1. Search for your bank in the list
  2. If you can't find your bank, try alternate names (e.g., "Chase" vs "JPMorgan Chase")
  3. Select your institution

Step 3: Enter Your Credentials

  1. Enter your online banking username and password
  2. Complete any additional security steps (like 2FA)
  3. Select which accounts to sync

Step 4: Confirm Connection

  1. Review the accounts found
  2. Choose which ones to track in Prism Wallet
  3. Tap Connect Selected Accounts

Missing Transactions

  • New transactions may take 1-2 days to appear
  • Pull down to refresh on the transactions screen
  • Check if the account is properly selected

Account Not Updating

  1. Go to SettingsLinked Accounts
  2. Tap the problematic account
  3. Select Reconnect Account
  4. Re-enter your credentials
