Net Worth Tracking

Monitor your complete financial picture over time

Net worth tracking gives you a comprehensive view of your financial position by calculating your total assets minus liabilities, updated as your accounts sync.

Understanding Net Worth

Your net worth is calculated as:

  • Total Assets (bank accounts, investments, property, valuables)
  • Minus Liabilities (credit cards, loans, debts)
  • Equals Net Worth (your overall financial position)

Viewing Your Net Worth

The Accounts tab displays your net worth along with a history chart. You can view trends over different time periods:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 3 months
  • Last 6 months
  • Last year

Assets

Connected Accounts

Balances from your connected bank accounts, savings, and investment accounts are tracked automatically.

Manual Assets

Add non-financial assets for a complete picture:

  1. Go to the Accounts tab
  2. Tap Create Asset
  3. Choose the type (real estate, vehicle, collectible, crypto, etc.)
  4. Enter the name and current value
  5. Update periodically as values change

Liabilities

Credit card balances and loan balances from connected accounts are automatically included as liabilities in your net worth calculation.

Account Groups

Your accounts are organized by type (bank accounts, credit cards, investments, assets), making it easy to see how each category contributes to your net worth.

Holdings & Investments

For connected investment accounts, you can view:

  • Individual stock/ETF holdings
  • Current market value
  • Cost basis
  • Gain/loss (dollar amount and percentage)
  • Dividend history

Tap any holding for detailed information including purchase price, performance, and transaction history.

Net Worth on the Dashboard

Add the Net Worth widget to your Dashboard for a quick overview of your financial position and recent trends without navigating to the Accounts tab.

Tips for Accurate Tracking

  • Keep all bank and investment accounts connected for automatic updates
  • Add manual assets (home, vehicles) and update their values quarterly
  • Include all debts and loans for a realistic picture
  • Focus on the long-term trend rather than daily fluctuations
