Prism Wallet calculates a Financial Health Score and provides insights to help you understand and improve your financial well-being.
Financial Health Score
Your score ranges from 0 to 100 and falls into one of four levels:
- Strong (80-100): Excellent financial health
- Stable (60-79): Good health with room for improvement
- Building (40-59): Progressing with opportunities to improve
- Developing (0-39): Early stages, focus on building habits
Score Components
Your score is calculated from key financial metrics:
Budget Adherence
How consistently you stay within your budgets. The more budgets you stay under, the better this component scores.
Savings Rate
The percentage of your income that you save each month. A target of 20% or more is considered strong.
Debt-to-Income Ratio
Your monthly debt payments as a percentage of income. Below 36% is the target.
Emergency Fund
How many months of expenses you have saved in liquid accounts.
Spending Consistency
How predictable and controlled your spending patterns are over time.
Net Worth Trend
Whether your overall net worth is growing, stable, or declining.
Viewing Your Score
Add the Financial Health Score widget to your Dashboard, then tap it to see the detailed breakdown of each component with your current values and targets.
Cash Flow Analysis
The Cash Flow feature shows:
- Monthly income vs. expenses as a visual chart
- Net cash flow (income minus expenses)
- Trends compared to previous months
Access it from the Dashboard Cash Flow widget.
Morning Digest
Start each day with a financial summary including:
- Yesterday's spending total
- Bills due today
- Budget status across categories
- Net worth change
Enable the Morning Digest in notification settings or add it as a Dashboard widget.
Monthly Reports
Get a comprehensive monthly analysis including:
- Income summary
- Expense breakdown by category
- Net cash flow
- Comparisons to previous months
Cash Flow Forecast
Based on your recurring transactions, the forecast predicts upcoming income and expenses so you can plan ahead.

- Maintain a positive savings rate each month
- Keep account balances trending upward
