Subscription & Billing

Manage your Prism Wallet subscription

Prism Wallet offers subscription plans that give you full access to all features.

Available Plans

Monthly Plan

  • Pay on a month-to-month basis
  • Cancel anytime
  • Full access to all features
  • Discounted rate compared to monthly
  • Billed once per year
  • Full access to all features

Demo Mode

Not ready to subscribe? Try Demo Mode:

  • Access all features with sample data
  • Explore the app without commitment
  • Your real financial data won't sync until you subscribe

To activate Demo Mode, choose the Demo option during onboarding or from the subscription screen.

Subscribing

  1. During onboarding, you'll see the plan selection screen
  2. Choose Monthly or Annual
  3. Tap Subscribe
  4. Confirm the purchase through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)
  5. Your subscription begins immediately

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Plan

Go to your subscription settings to see:

  • Current plan type (Monthly or Annual)
  • Renewal date

Changing Plans

To switch between Monthly and Annual:

  1. Access your subscription settings
  2. Tap Change Plan
  3. Select the new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Cancelling Your Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name > Subscriptions
  3. Find Prism Wallet
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  3. Find Prism Wallet
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices:

  1. Go to the subscription screen
  2. Tap Restore Purchases
  3. Your active subscription will be recognized and access restored

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to purchase.

Promo Codes

If you have a promotional code:

  1. Go to the subscription screen
  2. Tap Enter Promo Code
  3. Enter your code
  4. The discount will be applied

Billing Questions

  • Charges appear on your Apple App Store or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google:
    • iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
    • Android: Google Play Store order history
